Returns policy

Change-of-mind returns — 30 days

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unmodified, in their original packaging. Opened or modified items do not qualify for change-of-mind returns.

The buyer pays return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies: a refund of 75% of the returned items’ purchase price will be completed on acceptance of the returned items.

Get approval before returning an item

Email hello@aditmarine.com.au before returning any item. You must receive approval before sending it back. Please include your order details and reason for the return so we can confirm the return arrangements.

Where your area has an assigned reseller, the reseller accepts returns directly. Confirm the correct return destination during approval rather than sending the item without authorisation.

Adit Marine return address

For approved returns to Adit Marine: Suite 1242 Shop 2a, Masthead Way, Hope Island, QLD 4212, Australia. Use your reseller’s address instead where directed during approval.

Faulty parts or an incorrect item

For faulty parts, or an incorrect item sent due to an Adit Marine error, we cover shipping both ways. Contact us for approval and shipping arrangements. The change-of-mind restocking fee and unopened-packaging requirement do not apply to remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

Repairs

For repairs, the buyer pays shipping to us and we cover shipping back to the buyer. This does not override the faulty-part arrangements above or any applicable consumer rights. Contact us before sending an item for repair so we can confirm the applicable arrangements.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws. The 30-day change-of-mind window, packaging conditions and restocking fee do not limit those rights.
